News: In fall 2011 Home Buyers in New Castle County rights were protected by the Delaware Division of Professional Regulations for Professional Land Surveyors (DDPRPL)in that regulations were defeated that would have made residential real estate transactions more expensive. the governing Board of DDPRPL reversed a prior vote that would have caused Land Surveyors to provide unnecessary additional services while completing Mortgage Inspection Plans for Real Estate Settlements in New Castle County. We are very grateful to Speaker of the House Bob Gilligan for his assistance in this matter.
